At Luxe Jersey, We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we have a simple return in place to help.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by reaching out to us at nbaliawears259@gmail.com Please be sure to include your order number in your message.
Beyond this window, cancellation cannot be guaranteed as your order may have already entered processing. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer an option.
If your order has already been dispatched, you may return the product after delivery following the guidelines in this Return & Refund Policy.

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

- In their original condition
- Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Return Costs
Defective or incorrect Products
There is no cost to the customer if the item:
- Is not what was ordered
- Was damaged during shipping
- Has any type of defect
Customer Remorse (Change of MInd)
The customers is responsible for actual return shipping costs If:
- An incorrect item was selected
- The item does not fit as expected
- The item is no longer needed
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Send an email to nbaliawears259@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- Repack Your Item: Place the item back in its original packaging securely, making sure all accessories, tags, and documents are included.
- Send it Back: Drop off your packages at your nearest shipping carrier location following the instruction provided in your return authorization email.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once your return is received by Opus Appliances, the item will be inspected to confirm it meets our return conditions.
- Refund Timeline: After the inspection is complete, your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to show on your original payment method, depending on your bank or provider.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at nbaliawears259@gmail.com and we will assist you with a quick exchange.
Order Not Delivered
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us at nbaliawears259@gmail.com with your order number. We will look into the matter with the shipping carrier. If the package is confirmed as lost, we will provide a full refund to your original payment method or ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable on their product pages
